We Are a Team
One of the things that makes Bloom & Grow special is the strength of our teaching team. Our program is led by two highly educated teachers who work closely together throughout the day. Because we both have strong backgrounds in early childhood education, we are able to share responsibilities, collaborate, and support children together in a thoughtful and flexible way.
On the rare occasion that one of us is out, we are grateful to have a structure in place where parents who are fully cleared through licensing are able to step in and support the classroom alongside one teacher. This allows our program to maintain consistency and familiarity for the children while keeping the rhythm of our days predictable for both children and families.
We have also been fortunate to have strong stability within our program. We have not had staff turnover in several years, which helps create the sense of continuity and trust that families value so much at Bloom & Grow.

Ms. Talina
Bloom & Grow was founded by Ms. Talina, an early childhood educator with a deep commitment to child development and more than twenty years of experience in early learning.
Ms. Talina holds a Master’s degree in Child Development from California State University, Sacramento and completed her undergraduate studies at California State University, Chico. Over the past two decades she has worked across many areas of early childhood education, including private preschools, state funded programs, and school district classrooms.
In addition to teaching, she has served as a resource teacher and early education leader supporting other educators, and later worked at the Sacramento County Office of Education where she coached teachers, led professional learning, and supported program quality across the region.
For the past eight years, Ms. Talina has led Bloom & Grow with the goal of creating an environment where children feel respected, capable, and deeply connected to the world around them. As both an educator and a parent, she believes children learn best through play, meaningful relationships, and time spent exploring the natural world.
